KOKUSEN
Kokusen is a women shoe line melting both traditionnal and architectural thoughts mainly inspired by Japanese culture. This line consists of one open sandal with toe and ankle straps plus its declination integrating a stretch sock to improve the confort and the retention of the foot also giving it a bolder style and two flat models. One open toe boot inspired by Japanese Geta shoes mixed up with a futuristic elastic upper. The other flat is based on the same kind of form, using the previous elastic boot upper but fully closed and built on a thiner sole.
DETAILS
This project is fully based on black as a soft and neutral color balancing the audacious design. the main material is a black suede leather to which I added a stretch material (neoprene or thick lycra). The sole is made in EVA foam. The matt look of all those materials gives it a black stealth look.
